Mission: Impossible - Fallout
Director: Christopher McQuarrie
Actors: Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, Ving Rhames
PlotEthan Hunt and his IMF team are once again in a race against time after a mission goes awry. The dilemma begins when Hunt chooses to save his team during a botched operation, leading to the escape of anarchist Solomon Lane and the loss of plutonium cores which could be weaponized into portable nuclear bombs. The incident results in the IMF team, including Luther Stickell and Benji Dunn, joining forces with CIA operative August Walker to prevent a global catastrophe. The shadow of their past failures looms large as they are tasked with locating and securing the missing plutonium.
Their urgent quest leads them across Europe and into the Middle East, where alliances are tested, and Hunt's dedication to his cause is pushed to the brink. Facing off against arms dealers, mercenaries, and former allies, the team uncovers a conspiracy within their own ranks. They must overcome internal betrayal and unforeseen challenges as the impending nuclear threat draws closer. While Hunt grapples with moral choices and the consequences of his past actions, trust becomes a luxury the team can hardly afford as every move could be a step toward triumph or a slip towards disaster.
