Ice Soldiers
Director: Sturla Gunnarsson
Actors: Dominic Purcell, Adam Beach, Gabriel Hogan
PlotIn the cold Canadian Arctic, a team of researchers led by Dr. Malraux discovers three frozen genetically-engineered Russian super-soldiers from the Cold War era during an expedition. Hoping to study them, they are transported to a military facility for examination. Dr. Malraux and his colleague, Lieutenant Colonel Desmond Trump, realize the immense capabilities and potential threat these soldiers pose due to their enhanced strength, speed, and combat skills. The super-soldiers get loose and wreak havoc, leaving the researchers desperately trying to contain the situation before it escalates. Among the research team is Samuel, a Native Canadian who holds the key to understanding the nature of this terrifying menace.
As the brutal winter rages outside, Malraux and Samuel form an uneasy alliance and set out on a quest to track down and neutralize the rampaging soldiers. Their journey through the treacherous Arctic tundra tests their resilience and ingenuity as they uncover deeper secrets about the origins and programming of these bioengineered warriors. Each step brings them closer to understanding not just the dangerous soldiers, but also the larger implications of such experiments. They must confront both the physical dangers posed by the soldiers and the ethical questions surrounding the creation and utilization of such beings—dealing with pursuit, survival, and an inevitable clash in a desolate, icy wilderness.
