PlotIn the rugged American Southwest, after a botched bank robbery, an aging Scottish outlaw named Arch Deans teams up with a young half-breed known as Billy. The two manage to evade immediate capture but find themselves relentlessly pursued by Sheriff Gifford, who is determined to bring them to justice. The unlikely pair navigates through harsh desert landscapes, each step fraught with danger and the constant threat of apprehension. As they traverse the barren desert, the bond between Arch and Billy deepens despite their cultural differences and varying ages.
