PlotIn a small town in New York, a skilled mechanic and street racer, Tobey Marshall, struggles to keep his family-owned garage afloat after his father's death. He partners with former NASCAR driver Dino Brewster, only to be framed for a crime he did not commit, resulting in a wrongful imprisonment. Desperate to clear his name and seek revenge, Tobey is released from prison and recruits his trusted team of mechanics and racers. He sets out on a cross-country journey to enter an underground supercar race known as the De Leon, which is hosted by the mysterious and influential Monarch. This high-stakes race offers Tobey the chance to vindicate himself and exact revenge on Dino.
Along the way, Tobey faces numerous challenges and dangers, including law enforcement and rival racers determined to stop him. He is joined by the assertive and resourceful car broker, Julia Maddon, who becomes an unexpected ally. As Tobey's skilled driving and determination push him closer to the race, their bond strengthens, with Julia providing vital support. Driven by a quest for justice, Tobey's daring escapades and high-speed pursuits lead to a climactic confrontation that will determine his destiny.
