During the heist, orchestrated by the criminal Franck and his gang, Simon suffers a head injury that leaves him with amnesia, unable to recall where he has hidden the painting. Franck, frustrated by Simon's genuine memory loss, decides that the only way to retrieve the painting is to delve into Simon's psyche to recover the lost information. To this end, they enlist the help of Elizabeth, a hypnotherapist, with the hope that she can unlock Simon's suppressed memories.

As his therapy sessions continue, the lines between reality, suggestion, and manipulation begin to blur.
