In a small town, two high school outcasts, Rickie and JT, cut class one day to explore an abandoned hospital. Their aimless wanderings lead them to a shocking discovery in the depths of the facility: they find a woman's body chained to a table, surrounded by derelict medical equipment. Despite appearing to be dead, they soon realize she is anything but. This discovery promises to upend their mundane lives, drawing them into a dark and twisted drama far beyond anything they could have anticipated.

As the boys grapple with what to do about their find, their differing moral compasses begin to strain their friendship.
